The part nobody puts on a listing
You remember how big this place felt.
It was hard to believe you were officially homeowners. Three bedrooms, one and a half baths, and a little postage-stamp yard. It was all yours, and it suited the two of you perfectly — until two people became five people, plus a dog and a cat.
A Tuesday, in four acts
6:40
The first alarm. You are already doing the bathroom math in your head.
6:55
Someone is waiting. Someone is rushing. Tempers flare before breakfast is even on the table.
7:12
Two kids collide in the hallway. Nobody meant to. There is just no room to.
7:30
The door finally closes and you breathe. This isn't how family life was supposed to feel.
Lack of space, bedrooms or bathrooms
You used to think this home was plenty big. That was before the kids got older and their stuff took over every corner. Now you count down the minutes until everyone leaves, just so you can breathe.
Nowhere to actually work
Your “office” is the corner of the kitchen table, or a tiny desk crammed into the bedroom. Every call comes with background noise. You can't spread out, and you definitely can't close a door.
A kitchen that fights back
There's no counter space. The fridge is stuffed so full you can't find anything. Making a simple dinner means moving three things just to chop vegetables. So you order in more than you'd like to admit.

“You’ve tried it all. The truth is, your family has grown and your home just hasn’t kept up.”
You bought the extra shelves. You turned the tiny office into a bedroom. You’ve moved furniture around so many times you’ve lost count. And if nothing changes, this becomes your life — not just for now, but for years. The strain shows up on your kids, on your marriage, on you.
What you need isn’t another shelving unit. You need a home that fits the family you’ve become — and someone who has done this a hundred times to show you the way there.

Why there is a method at all
“I get it. My family was once in your shoes.”
Most people don’t stall because they don’t want to move. They stall because they have more questions than answers, and the whole idea starts to feel overwhelming. Where do you even begin — sell first, or buy first? What is this place actually worth? What happens if the dates don’t line up?
So I built a five-step process that answers those questions in the order they come up. Everything laid out, nothing left to chance, and no surprises waiting for you three weeks in.

Peek inside
Fourteen pages. Here are six of them.
No teaser version, no upsell chapter. What you see here is what lands in your inbox.

What you’re actually buying
And then one ordinary morning, it’s just different.
A backyard made for family life
You wake up to the sound of kids laughing in the backyard. Not fighting — laughing. The dog runs circles around them on the grass. There's room to kick a ball. Room to chase each other. Room to just be kids.
Everyone has their own space
No more shared closets. No more missing shoes. No more bedtime battles over who gets the top bunk. Each kid has a room to call their own, and so do you. Mornings are calm. Evenings are easy.
An office with a door that closes
That little office you always dreamed of is real now. Your big desk, set up the way you like it. You can close the door, hop on a call, and actually focus. No more laptop on the kitchen table.
Families who already moved
What clients are saying
As upsizers, my husband and I were overwhelmed — but Sham made the whole process effortless. They created a step-by-step moving plan, coordinated a flawless deep clean, helped stage and sell our house, and handled every detail of the move into our new, perfectly sized home.

Upsized with the HomeBoost Method
I'm a busy professional and needed someone who understood how to streamline a move. Shamenav Khan mapped out timelines, managed decluttering and a thorough clean, arranged repairs and listing, and supervised movers so I didn't have to worry. Professional, compassionate, and totally reliable.
Shadab Khan
Sold and moved in one timeline
Moving our family to a bigger home felt impossible until we met Sham. They created a custom plan and made sure everything was taken care of until both closings were done. On moving day they were there — organizing, calming, and making sure our new home was move-in ready.

My story
I have made a move like this myself.
I was born and raised in Bombay — now Mumbai — a place that truly feels like it belongs in the movies. A city full of ambition, where people come from all over India chasing big dreams. I met my wife, Zeba, there. We built a beautiful life and were blessed with three children.
Then, in the early 2000s, communal unrest in our city made me rethink everything — especially the safety and the future of my young family. For the first time, I considered leaving the city I loved so deeply in search of something better for my children.
“After a three-year immigration process, I landed in Canada in May 2004 with just $2,000 and a strong belief that I could build something meaningful for my family.”
With a background in sales, real estate felt like the missing piece I had been searching for. I shared the idea with Zeba and, without hesitation, she supported me. Within weeks I had enrolled in courses and started a new chapter.
Having gone through the upheaval myself, I know how overwhelming a move can feel. That is exactly why the HomeBoost Method breaks it into clear, manageable steps. Because at the end of the day, this isn’t about buying or selling a house — it’s about creating a better life for your family.
